Your card is held, not charged. Grace’s Pet Services has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
Before booking, I always like to learn a few key details about your pet to ensure their routine stays smooth and stress-free. I will need to know their exact feeding schedule, including food types, portions, and any medication or allergy details. It is also helpful to understand their behavior, such as how they react to strangers, other animals, or loud noises, and any specific house rules or furniture boundaries they follow. For walks, I always ask about their leash manners, preferred routes, and any reactivity triggers. Finally, having your veterinarian's contact information and an emergency contact person gives us both peace of mind while you are away.

I would contact you immediately, assess the situation, and take them to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic right away. I'd also keep you fully updated every step of the way to ensure your pet gets prompt, loving medical attention.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Grace’s Pet Services accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Grace’s Pet Services cancels, you're always refunded in full.
