Hi! We’re Greg & Solène, two animal lovers with a genuine passion for dogs and making sure they feel happy and loved while you’re away. We both have plenty experience with pet sitting and caring for dogs, and Greg has also been involved in guide dog training with his Labrador, developing a good understanding of dog behaviour, patience, consistency and individual needs. We’re an active couple who love the outdoors, so beach walks, park adventures and keeping dogs entertained are right up our street! Based in Albert Park, we’re lucky to be surrounded by beautiful parks and close to the beach, giving your four-legged friends plenty of opportunities to explore, exercise and enjoy their time with us. We also have a creative side! Greg enjoys painting, particularly pet portraits, so we’re big fans of celebrating the unique personalities of our furry friends. And for a little extra pampering, we offer an at-home dog spa experience, with some well-deserved washing, brushing and TLC 🤗

Your card is held, not charged. Greg’s Paw Club at Albert Bark has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Greg’s Paw Club at Albert Bark only after the visit is done.

We’d love to know about their age, personality, temperament, daily routine, exercise needs and any medical conditions or medication. It’s also important to understand how they interact with other dogs and people, whether they have any fears or behavioural quirks, and how they behave on the lead. We’d also appreciate knowing their favourite activities, toys and anything that helps them feel comfortable and at home. Every dog is different, and we want to make sure we can give them the best possible care!
We believe dogs deserve more than just a quick check-in! The time will depend on the service booked and your dog’s individual needs, but we’ll always agree on the duration with you beforehand. Walks can include plenty of time exploring Albert Park, enjoying the nearby beach and getting some fresh air, followed by attention, playtime and cuddles.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always our priority. In the unlikely event that your dog becomes unwell or gets injured, we’ll contact you immediately, keep you updated and follow your instructions. If urgent attention is needed, we’ll take them to your nominated vet or the nearest appropriate veterinary clinic. We’d make sure we have your emergency contact details, vet information and any relevant medical history before the booking.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Greg’s Paw Club at Albert Bark accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Greg’s Paw Club at Albert Bark cancels, you're always refunded in full.
