My main focus when walking your dog will be keeping them safe, calm and happy, so they can enjoy a nice walk :) You as a pet owner can expect clear communication, reliability and a walker who genuinely loves spending time with dogs. I will always make sure each walk is tailored to your dog whether they need a slow sniff walk (like my teddy) or a walk with a bit of pace. Your card is held, not charged. Happy Paws has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Happy Paws only after the visit is done.

Firstly I will contact you or the emergency contact number you give me. I would then call the 24/7 vet which I have saved in my phone if major.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Happy Paws accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Happy Paws cancels, you're always refunded in full.
