Depends on the booking — visits can range from 15 minutes to 1 hour, with an additional 10–15 minutes for settling the pet back in and making sure everything is okay before I leave.
* Stay calm and assess the situation * Contact the owner immediately * If it’s an emergency, take the pet to the nearest vet/emergency animal hospital * Follow the owner’s emergency instructions and contact their nominated vet * Keep the owner updated throughout and provide any necessary care until they can take over
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Happy tails🐾🐶💕 accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Happy tails🐾🐶💕 cancels, you're always refunded in full.
