About Kezia
Hi, I’m Kezia, a dog mum to our precious boys, Luca and Meeko. I have completed the RSPCA Pet First Aid Course, adding an extra layer of care for your pup. As a dog mum, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog when you’re away, and how important it is to know they’re in good hands. When your pup stays with us, they’re simply part of our family for the time they’re here. It’s genuinely an honour to be trusted with their care.

Any special habits, behaviours or fears or triggers (e.g. bikes, loud noises, other dogs) we should know about that would help us provide the best care for your dog?
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are always our priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we’ll contact you straight away and seek veterinary care if needed. We’re conveniently located close to both a local vet and an emergency veterinary clinic, giving you extra peace of mind knowing help is nearby if it’s ever needed.

Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Happy Tails Kensington accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Happy Tails Kensington cancels, you're always refunded in full.
