Your card is held, not charged. Happy trails has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Happy trails only after the visit is done.

I typically spend 30–60 minutes with your pet per visit, depending on the service booked and your pet’s needs. This includes their walk, play, attention and making sure they’re safely settled before I leave.
If your pet becomes sick or injured while in my care, I will contact you immediately and make sure your pet is kept safe and comfortable. If it is an emergency, I will contact you and your nominated emergency contact and seek veterinary care as quickly as possible, following your instructions.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Happy trails accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Happy trails cancels, you're always refunded in full.
