Your card is held, not charged. Hayden’s Carings services has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Hayden’s Carings services only after the visit is done.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I am happy to do whatever suits you and your animals comfort and needs.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If something bad were to happen to your animal I would try to contact you immediately,if you were not available to come pick your pet up or come see them I would do my best to comfort them and take them to the vet and get them sorted out.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Hayden’s Carings services accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Hayden’s Carings services cancels, you're always refunded in full.
