What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Most pet owners know what is nessecary Information so I don’t need to know anything specific unless they feel the need to tell me
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will immediately call you and discuss what has happened and how you want to go about the situation. However I am quite calm and safe about where I take dogs and have experienced many different situations with dogs so I can handle it nicely

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Hazel Willis accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Hazel Willis cancels, you're always refunded in full.
