How do I report or block someone?

In a chat. Menu icon at the top right of the thread → "Report" or "Block". Blocking a business that introduced itself also pauses its ability to approach anyone.

A post or comment. Three dots on the post → "Report post". Reviews can be reported too; the review stays visible while the team looks.

Someone asking to pay outside BamChi. Report the conversation. That protects you and everyone after you.
