When do I get paid?

Charged when you accept. A request arrives with the owner's card held. Accept within 48 hours and it's charged and confirmed; decline and their hold is released. Nothing unaccepted is ever charged.

Released 24 hours after the job. BamChi keeps its 12% commission and holds your share until 24 hours after the booking is completed, then releases it to your Stripe account.

Stripe pays out on its schedule. Usually every business day for payments that cleared about two days earlier. The Earnings tab is the source of truth: "held" means inside the 24 hours, "released" means it's with Stripe.
