I’m confident with walking, feeding, playtime, transport, day care and overnight stays. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs and routines. I’d love to know your pet’s age, personality, daily routine, feeding requirements, medications or health conditions, and how they behave around other animals and people. I’d also like to know about any fears, triggers or special needs so I can make sure they feel as safe, happy and comfortable as possible in my care.
I’ll always spend the full agreed time with your pet and make sure their visit never feels rushed. Along with feeding, walking or other care, I’ll make time for play, cuddles and attention based on what they enjoy. I’m also happy to tailor the length and routine of visits to your pet’s individual needs.
Your pet’s safety will always be my priority. If I notice they’re unwell or injured, I’ll contact you straight away and follow your instructions. If veterinary attention is needed, I’ll contact your nominated vet or an emergency vet when appropriate and keep you updated throughout, while making sure your pet stays as calm and comfortable as possible.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Home Sweet Hound accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Home Sweet Hound cancels, you're always refunded in full.
