What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Any medication they are on, are they friendly with other dogs/pets and other people
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Depends on what you book. 1 hour walk or two hour walk - plus an extra 5 minutes settling them in when they get home
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I would call you immediately if it was something minor or specific to their needs, allergies, etc. If it was a real emergency where I thought the pet needed urgent care, I would take them to an emergency vet immediately.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Indie Heywood-Smith accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Indie Heywood-Smith cancels, you're always refunded in full.
