Your card is held, not charged. Jan has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Jan only after the visit is done.

I would like to know beforehand how your dog behaves and how he reacts to people and other animals—specifically, whether I can let him off-leash to play and if he responds to recall commands. Also, are there any particular traits or things I need to watch out for?
It depends on how long their normal walk lasts. I’m very flexible—anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes plus picking him up and setting him back off your place.
