Your card is held, not charged. Jaqui’s animal services has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Jaqui’s animal services only after the visit is done.

Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Jaqui’s animal services accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Jaqui’s animal services cancels, you're always refunded in full.
