If your pet becomes sick or gets hurt while they’re with me, I’ll contact you straight away and assess the situation. If it’s an emergency, I’ll take them to the nearest vet immediately and keep you updated throughout. Before the booking, I’ll also make sure I have your vet’s details and an emergency contact number.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Jay Marandos accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Jay Marandos cancels, you're always refunded in full.
