Hi! I’m Jamie, but you can call me Jay! 🐾 I’ve been around animals all my life and have over 10 years of practical experience caring for pets of different breeds, sizes, ages and temperaments. My experience includes raising a Guide Dog puppy for Guide Dogs Queensland, volunteering with the RSPCA in both Australia and the UK, fostering rescue animals, and several years of professional pet sitting. I have a particular soft spot for rescue animals and pets that need a little extra patience and TLC. I’m experienced with basic training and enrichment, special diets, oral medication and adapting care around each pet’s individual routine and personality. When you’re away, I want your pets to feel like they’re having a holiday too! Whether they enjoy walks and adventures, games and enrichment, or simply curling up for plenty of fuss and cuddles, I’ll tailor their care around what makes them happiest. I provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are in experience

Your card is held, not charged. Jay’s pet service’s has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Jay’s pet service’s only after the visit is done.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Jay’s pet service’s accepts: Cancel up to 7 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and 50% is refunded; inside 2 days nothing is refunded. If Jay’s pet service’s cancels, you're always refunded in full.
