We understand that pets are part of the family, so we’ll always treat your furry family members with the same love, patience and care we would give our own. 🐾 We’re friendly, reliable and attentive, and having two of us means your pet gets plenty of attention and care. We’re happy to work around each pet’s individual personality, routine and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks and adventures, lots of playtime, or a slower stroll with plenty of sniffing, we’ll make sure they’re safe, comfortable and having fun. We’ll carefully follow any instructions you provide and make sure you feel comfortable knowing your pet is in caring hands. Your card is held, not charged. Jess & Hope’s Happy Hounds has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Jess & Hope’s Happy Hounds only after the visit is done.

We’d love to know your pet’s age, personality and temperament, their normal routine, how they behave on walks and around other dogs, people and animals, and anything they may be nervous or reactive around. Please also let us know about any medical conditions, medications, allergies or special requirements. The more we know about your pet, the better we can make sure they’re happy, comfortable and safe with us. 🐾
Your pet will receive the full amount of time booked with us. We won’t rush visits and will make sure they have plenty of time for their walk, play, toilet breaks, water and lots of attention. We’re also happy to follow their usual routine and tailor our time to what your pet enjoys most. ❤️
Your pet’s safety will always come first. If they become sick or injured while in our care, we’ll contact you immediately and follow any emergency instructions you’ve provided. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, we’ll contact your nominated vet or the nearest emergency vet and keep you updated throughout the situation. We’ll never ignore a change in your pet’s health or behaviour and will always act in their best interest.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Jess & Hope’s Happy Hounds accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Jess & Hope’s Happy Hounds cancels, you're always refunded in full.
