Your card is held, not charged. Kavan has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
Before accepting a booking, I would love to hear about your dog’s personality! Are they active, or are they happy to laze about the house? Are they anxious? I’d also love to know if they have any unusual behaviour, what they’re allergic to, or what they love doing!
In the unfortunate event of your dog getting sick or hurt, my first action will be to ensure the safety of your dog in whatever way possible, and to then contact you and preferably your dog’s vet if necessary.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Kavan accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Kavan cancels, you're always refunded in full.
