While I’ve worked with, walked, and loved my own pets (2 cats and a dog) for years I also have experience overnight pet sitting, walking shelter dogs, and looking after animals with special requirements. I hold many leadership positions across my different communities and am accustomed to responsibility, and handling crises and emergencies will a cool head - you can be rest assured that your fur baby is in good hands. I am licensed and independent and will travel out to your location to make sure your pet is in a familiar, comfortable environment. Safety, care and communication are always a top priority of mine in making a positive experience for clients. Before booking with me I’ll need to know a little about your fur baby to make sure I’m prepped and able to customise their treatment. Here’s what I’ll need from you: A note on their temperament, how they react to strangers, how they react to other animals, and if they require any medication (or special considerations).
I’ll discuss with you first on any preference for a course of action. Then, in the event of illness or injury I’ll call you first (unless there is extreme urgency) and then take them to a vet.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Kendra’s Kittens & Pups accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Kendra’s Kittens & Pups cancels, you're always refunded in full.
