How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I work from home Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and can spend time with them before, at my lunch or after work
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will call you first and also would ask for your vet if we both agree they need to be seen

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Kiera's walking service accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Kiera's walking service cancels, you're always refunded in full.
