I will need to know if there is anything that I should be aware of from the owner before a booking. If it’s a sitting service I’ll need to organise a meetup beforehand to let the dog get familiarise with me.
I will usually do a 30 minute or up to 45 minute walk for the dog. For dog sitting I can do up to 3 hours.
First I’ll contact the owner and do what they have arranged me to do. If I can’t contact the owner I’ll find a local pet shop and still message the owner what had happened during the session.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Kylie L accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Kylie L cancels, you're always refunded in full.
