I understand that pets are part of the family, and I know how important it is to feel confident that they're in safe and caring hands. I'm a responsible, friendly and reliable person who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. I love going for walks, playing with dogs and making sure they feel happy, comfortable and loved. I currently work full-time, so I'm mainly available in the evenings, on weekends and during my days off. Whether your furry friend needs a lovely walk, some playtime or extra company while you're away, I'll treat them with the same love and care I give my own Leo. Before accepting a booking, I like to learn about your pet’s age, personality, daily routine, feeding schedule, medical needs and any special requirements. It’s also important to know how they interact with other dogs, whether they have any allergies or behavioural concerns, and what makes them feel happy and comfortable. This helps me provide personalised care and make sure every pet feels safe, loved and at home. 🐾
Each standard pet visit lasts approximately 30 minutes, during which I provide feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles and personalised attention. Longer 60-minute visits can also be arranged depending on your pet’s needs. I’ll always make sure your furry friend is happy and comfortable before leaving! 🐾
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priorities. If your pet becomes sick or injured, I’ll assess the situation, contact you immediately and follow your emergency care instructions. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, I’ll arrange appropriate care as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the process. I always ask for emergency contact details and your preferred vet before a booking, so I’m prepared if anything unexpected happens.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Leo & Friends Pet Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Leo & Friends Pet Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
