About Lilli
Hello everyone! My name is Lilli, I am 22 years old and a full-time restaurant manager. I absolutely adore animals, but unfortunately due to renting I am not able to have a pet of my own. This means I will take care of your pets as if they are my own and have all the energy to play with them! I have extensive experience in looking after all kinds of animals; I grew up in a family that fostered ex-racing greyhounds, so I know a lot about caring for and calming anxious dogs of all characters (iykyk). I have also house sat for many families over the years and am happy to provide references if you’d like any reassurance! Just a note for anyone looking for a house sitter - as I do work full time, I will be out of the house for 7-9 hours 5x a week (varying days), some of which may be during the night. Rest assured I will always take time to make sure your fur friends are well looked after - lights/TV on, and food before I leave/during my break. I look forward to hearing from you!

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I am happy to chat about whatever will work best for your pet!
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I always ask if you can leave the information of your pet’s current vet to call in case of an emergency. I will call you straight away and then the vet info provided.
Where will you take my pet?
I believe sticking to an animal’s routine is best when their owners are away, or someone new is doing their walking - this means I follow wherever you would normally take them! However, I do own a large car and am more than happy to take your pets for longer/more challenging walks in different areas if your fur friend requires more physically challenging outside time!
How and when will you update me during the booking?
I am happy to provide as much updates as you need, I know time away from pets can be stressful so I want to make sure you feel reassured! Happy to provide updates/photos as many times a day as you would like.
Do you offer a meet and greet before the first booking?
Of course! As much as I love animals, I know that sometimes the feeling isn’t always reciprocated. I’m happy to do meet and greets whenever necessary to have a chat with you about their routine, as well as letting your fur friend get a feel for me first!

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Lilli’s Pet Club accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Lilli’s Pet Club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
