What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I’d love to know a little bit about your pet! This includes their name, age, breed, personality, exercise needs, feeding requirements, and anything else I should be aware of. Please also let me know if they have any specific behaviours, fears, allergies, or special needs so I can make sure they’re comfortable, safe and well cared for. 🐶
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If your pet becomes sick or injured while in my care, I will contact you immediately and follow any instructions you’ve provided. If it’s an emergency, I’ll prioritise your pet’s safety and seek veterinary care as quickly as possible, while keeping you updated throughout.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Liv’s Pawfect Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Liv’s Pawfect Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
