Call to the owner first if very urgent straight to the vet and do my best to call at the same time

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Lou’s Lead accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Lou’s Lead cancels, you're always refunded in full.
