Your card is held, not charged. Lucy the dog walker has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Lucy the dog walker only after the visit is done.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Lucy the dog walker accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Lucy the dog walker cancels, you're always refunded in full.
