What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I would like to know their age, temperament, health conditions or medication needs, food allergies, and how they react to other dogs, people, or external noises during walks.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
For a standard visit, I will spend around 45 to 60 minutes in total—including a 30-40 minute walk, feeding, refreshing their water, and taking time to settle them back in comfortably.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I will immediately contact the owner to inform them of the situation. If urgent medical care is required, I will take the pet to the owner’s preferred vet or the nearest emergency animal clinic right away while keeping the owner updated.

Cancellation policy

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Luke Na accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Luke Na cancels, you're always refunded in full.
