What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

What I need to know about your pet is: - Their age - Their temperament and how they interact with other dogs - Any medications they are on and relevant medical history - And their weight!

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

Whatever your pet needs though preferably no longer than a two hour walk.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

In the unlikely event that your animal gets hurt while they are with me I will immediately contact you and then take them to the nearest vet. If you are unable to attend their appointment I will send you updates and ensure your pet gets the care it needs.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Lydia Walks Your Dog accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Lydia Walks Your Dog cancels, you're always refunded in full.
