About Mackenzie

I’m a British vet travelling around Australia with my partner in a van (also very experienced with animals). We are 27 year olds who love the outdoors and exploring new places. We’re hoping we can do this with some doggy friends! I had my own dog walking, training and sitting business in the UK and doing some casual work out here. I am able to give medications, handle any size and any animals. Even more than just cats and dogs if you have them! We are happy to travel to you and most of the time it will be both of us coming. What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

What you want to get out of this. I am happy with any animals, breeds and temperaments. All I require I any special requirements for your pet personally and your local vet in case of emergencies.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

This is my only job at the moment so I can spend as much time as you require with them. Either inside or outside the home.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

As a vet I will assess the situation and contact you with a full picture. I am able to provide basic first aid but anything more and I will contact you for permission to bring to your local vet.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Mackenzie McArthur accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Mackenzie McArthur cancels, you're always refunded in full.
