Your card is held, not charged. Mads and dogs has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Mads and dogs accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Mads and dogs cancels, you're always refunded in full.
