About us Sherine and I have been caring for dogs and cats for the past 3 years, often looking after pets for our family and friends for 1–2 weeks at a time. We have experience with different breeds, including Pit Bulls, Bulldogs, Staffies, Portuguese Water Dogs, as well as cats. We also have our own 15-year-old Jack Russell, Gaya, who has experienced mobility and neurological difficulties. Taking care of her has taught us to be especially patient, attentive and responsible with older pets and animals with specific needs. We genuinely love animals and always treat every pet as if they were our own. Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness will be our priority.

Your card is held, not charged. Matthieu & Sherine has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Matthieu & Sherine only after the visit is done.

We prefer an overnight booking, we will take care of your pets and your house.
First we will call you to let you know about it, then we can decide to schedule a medical appointment.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Matthieu & Sherine accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Matthieu & Sherine cancels, you're always refunded in full.
