What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

any medication, good with other dogs? the age and the allergies they have. Just the regular stuff, so i know what's best for the pet

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

i'll call you immediatly and next will be the vet. In case it is really bad... i would call the vet first

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Melina accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Melina cancels, you're always refunded in full.
