I’d like to know their age, breed, personality and temperament, daily routine, how they are around other animals and people, and whether they have any allergies, medical needs or medications. I’d also like to know about any behaviours I should be aware of so I can make sure they’re comfortable and safe.
I’ll spend the full booked time with your pet and won’t rush the visit. For a 30-minute walk, I’ll aim for around 30 minutes of walking, plus a little extra time to settle them back in, give them water and make sure they’re comfortable before I leave.
Your pet’s safety is my priority. If they become sick or injured, I’ll contact you straight away and follow your instructions. If it’s an emergency and I can’t reach you, I’ll contact your preferred vet or the nearest emergency vet and keep you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Mia’s Pet Pals accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Mia’s Pet Pals cancels, you're always refunded in full.
