I will spend the full booked time with your pet, giving them plenty of attention, companionship and care rather than simply checking in and leaving.
I will contact you immediately and follow your instructions and emergency contact details. If urgent veterinary care is needed, I will prioritise your pet’s safety and take appropriate action.
I focus on providing personalised care, so I only accept bookings that allow me to give each pet the attention and care they need.
