What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Medication or allergy of the dogs, Are they are friendly with other dogs around? What do they love doing?

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

A 10 minute settling time with them, getting to know their personality, then a 30 minute walk with them

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If it is lethal, I will first get them to the vet asap, before contacting you to update you on the situation.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Min’s Pet Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Min’s Pet Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
