What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I’d love to know about their personality, temperament, routine and any special needs they have. This includes their likes and dislikes, how they are around other animals and people, feeding and walking routines, medications, allergies and anything that helps them feel comfortable and happy. I want to make sure I can give every pet the individual care and attention they deserve.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll always make sure the majority of the visit is focused on your pet rather than simply dropping in and leaving. I’ll spend around 30–60 minutes with them depending on their needs, including walks, playtime, feeding and plenty of attention and cuddles. I’m also happy to spend extra time with them if they need reassurance or company.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If anything seemed wrong, I would contact you immediately, keep you updated and follow your instructions and emergency plan. If urgent veterinary care was needed, I would make sure they received appropriate care as quickly as possible. I would also keep you informed throughout the situation so you never feel out of the loop.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Mischa’s Dog Co accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Mischa’s Dog Co cancels, you're always refunded in full.
