I will try to reach you or your emergency contact immediately. If that fails I will take them to the nearest vet with all costs being the responsibility of the owner.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Miss Vee Visits accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Miss Vee Visits cancels, you're always refunded in full.
