First time visit - I spend 30 minutes with your dog getting to know them before the walk so I can adjust the walk to their individual needs.

Your card is held, not charged. More than family has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to More than family only after the visit is done.

I would like to know any previous medical history, medications, feeding or toileting requirements, temperament, little quirks that make your animal unique, if they like a certain toy more or their favourite place to walk

In a medical emergency I will take them to the closest emergency veterinary clinic. If you have a particular vet you like to see I will take them there
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once More than family accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If More than family cancels, you're always refunded in full.
