I will immediately contact you and if it is an emergency I would take the pet to the emergency vet.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Charlotte accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Charlotte cancels, you're always refunded in full.
