What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I’d ask about their personality, routine and any special needs.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I’m flexible and can spend 1–2 hours per visit, depending on your pet’s needs. I’m also happy to take dogs for walks of around an hour or two.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I’ll contact you immediately and follow your instructions.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Oce’s Pet Club accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Oce’s Pet Club cancels, you're always refunded in full.
