I’ve had a genuine love for animals for as long as I can remember, with over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all kinds. I’ve owned and cared for dogs, and have also bred and raised rabbits and guinea pigs, which taught me a lot about their individual needs, personalities and wellbeing. I’m now building my own animal care business, with the goal of creating a service where pet owners can feel completely comfortable knowing their beloved pets are in caring and trustworthy hands. I treat every animal as an individual and take the time to understand their routines, personalities and little quirks. Whether they need lots of play and attention, a calm companion, walks, feeding or simply someone to keep them company, I’ll always make sure they feel safe, loved and well cared for while you’re away.

I like to know a little about your pet before confirming a booking. Their personality, usual routine, feeding requirements, exercise needs, likes and dislikes, and any medical or behavioural needs I should be aware of. I’ll also ask for your emergency contact and vet details, so I’m prepared should anything unexpected happen. Most importantly, I want to understand what makes your pet feel comfortable and happy in my care.
I’ll always agree on the visit length with you beforehand, based on your pet’s needs. Each visit includes attentive care, companionship, feeding, fresh water, and play or exercise where appropriate.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or is injured, I’ll contact you straight away and follow your preferred emergency plan. If urgent veterinary care is needed, I’ll arrange for them to receive appropriate attention as quickly as possible, using your nominated vet where possible. I’ll keep you updated throughout and make sure you’re never left wondering how your pet is doing.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once ORA’GIA accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If ORA’GIA cancels, you're always refunded in full.
