To make sure I can provide the best care for your pet, please let me know: - Your pet’s name, age and breed - Their personality and temperament - Their usual walking routine and exercise needs - Feeding schedule and dietary requirements - Any medications, allergies or specific health needs - Any important routines or behaviours I should be aware of - How they are around other dogs, people and children - Any behaviours such as pulling, anxiety, escaping or reactivity - An emergency contact and preferred vet details
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or injured while in my care, I will: - Stay calm and assess the situation. - Contact you immediately and provide an update on what has happened. - Follow any care or emergency instructions you have provided. - If urgent veterinary attention is required, I will contact your nominated vet or the nearest appropriate emergency veterinary clinic. - Keep you updated throughout the situation and follow your instructions wherever possible. - Provide basic first aid only when appropriate and within my level of training. - In a serious emergency where immediate veterinary attention is required, I will prioritise getting your pet to appropriate veterinary care rather than waiting for a response. - Record relevant details of the incident and keep you informed of any treatment or recommendations provided by the vet.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paris’ Walking accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paris’ Walking cancels, you're always refunded in full.
