About Parth

We’re Parth and Ikshita, a caring and responsible couple who genuinely love spending time with dogs. We have around 2 years of experience caring for dogs and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs. We provide a safe, calm and loving environment where your dog will receive plenty of attention, walks, playtime and companionship. We’re reliable, attentive and happy to follow your dog’s usual feeding, walking and care routine so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. We’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.

Your card is held, not charged. Parth and Ikshita's Dog care has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Parth and Ikshita's Dog care only after the visit is done.

What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

We’d like to know your dog’s age, breed, size, temperament, daily routine, feeding and walking schedule, any medical conditions or medications, and any allergies or special needs. Please also let us know how they behave around other dogs and people, any separation anxiety, fears or triggers, and anything else that will help us keep them happy, comfortable and safe.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

We’ll spend the full booked time with your dog, giving them our complete attention. This includes their walk or toilet break, feeding if required, fresh water, playtime, affection and making sure they’re comfortable before we leave. We never rush visits and are happy to follow your dog’s normal routine.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

Your dog’s safety will always come first. If they become unwell or are injured, we’ll contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, we’ll arrange care as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout. We’ll also make sure we have your emergency contact and preferred vet details before the booking.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Parth and Ikshita's Dog care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Parth and Ikshita's Dog care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
