I also offer home visits to feed, check on and spend quality time with your pets while you’re busy, at work or away. I’ll make sure they’re comfortable, cared for and getting plenty of attention. I’d love to know a little about your pet’s age, personality, temperament, daily routine and any special needs. It’s also helpful to know about any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural concerns and how they interact with other dogs or people. I want to make sure your pet feels safe, happy and comfortable in my care.
I offer 30 or 60-minute walks and home visits, depending on your pet’s needs. During home visits, I’ll make sure they have fresh water, food if required, toilet breaks, playtime and plenty of attention. I’ll always spend the agreed time caring for your pet and can send photo updates so you know they’re happy and well looked after.
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my priority. If your pet becomes unwell or injured, I’ll contact you immediately and keep you informed. If urgent veterinary attention is needed, I’ll seek appropriate care as quickly as possible using your preferred vet or the nearest emergency vet. I’ll always act calmly and in your pet’s best interests.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paw Berry accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Paw Berry cancels, you're always refunded in full.
