Your card is held, not charged. paw patrol has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to paw patrol only after the visit is done.

If your pet becomes sick or injured while in my care, I’ll stay calm, keep them safe, contact you immediately, and seek veterinary help if needed. I’ll always prioritise your pet’s health and safety.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once paw patrol accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If paw patrol cancels, you're always refunded in full.
