What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Pet information: - pet name age and type of breed - any health problems, allergies or medication -any treats they can have - how they behave around people, dogs other animals - anything they are scared of or don’t like Care information: - what time need feeding,walking, and toilet breaks - where there food, leash,toy,etc - how to contact the owner - regular vet

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

Your pet’s safety comes first. If your pet gets sick or hurt, i will contact you straight away. If it is an emergency, i will also contact the nearest vet to get help.

What happens if you can't make a booking?

If i can’t make a your booking, I will let you know as soon as possible. I will try to help you find another suitable time, so your pet still gets the care they need. Sorry for the inconvenience if happens. 🐶🐾💕

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once 🐶Pawfect care 🐾 accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If 🐶Pawfect care 🐾 cancels, you're always refunded in full.
