I will act immediately. I'll assess what's happening to your pet and see if there is anything I am able to do with the knowledge I have, contact you right away and follow your suggested instructions. If it is urgent/ an emergency, I will go to your recommended/ local vet or emergency clinic and keep you updated throughout. Your pets safety is always my priority.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pawfect Pals accepts: Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 2 days and 50% is refunded; inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. If Pawfect Pals cancels, you're always refunded in full.
