Your card is held, not charged. Pawfect Pets has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.

* Contact the owner immediately. * Stay calm and keep the pet comfortable. * Follow the owner’s emergency instructions. * Contact their vet if necessary. * Take the pet to an emergency vet if it is serious. * Do not give medication unless instructed by the owner or vet. * Keep the owner updated until the situation is resolved.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Pawfect Pets accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Pawfect Pets cancels, you're always refunded in full.
