What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I’d just like to know a little about your pet, their personality, usual routine, any medication or special needs, and anything they like or don’t like. Also how they are around other pets and people.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I’ll make sure I spend plenty of time with your pet and won’t rush the visit. I’ll give them the time they need for walks, feeding, playtime and lots of attention and cuddles.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I’ll contact you straight away and let you know what’s happening. If it’s urgent, I’ll make sure your pet gets the care they need as quickly as possible and keep you updated the whole time. ❤️

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paws accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paws cancels, you're always refunded in full.
