What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I would need to know the dog’s age, breed, personality, and how they behave around other dogs and people. I’d also ask about any health issues, medications, allergies, and how well they walk on a lead. I’d want to know their usual routine and any special needs so I can keep them safe and make sure they enjoy their walk.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll spend around 30–60 minutes with your dog per visit, depending on the booking. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and time to sniff and explore. I won’t rush the walk, and I’ll make sure your dog is happy, comfortable, and safe the whole time.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If your dog gets hurt or sick while with me, I’ll stay calm and make sure they’re safe. I’ll contact you straight away and, if needed, get them to a vet as quickly as possible.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Paws around Brisbane accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Paws around Brisbane cancels, you're always refunded in full.
